Frequently Asked Questions

A quick guide to shopping Jozee, choosing your size, and understanding delivery for our handmade pieces.

How can I shop Jozee? +

You can shop directly through our website or reach us through our social channels. If you are in Cairo, you can also visit our boutique at 6A Ismail Mohamed Street, Zamalek.

Many Jozee pieces are handmade in limited quantities. We try to offer each design in different sizes, but availability can vary because of the craft process and the materials used.

How can I pay? +

You can pay online by card, or choose Cash on Delivery for eligible orders within Egypt. Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to EGP 2,000.

How do I choose my size? +

Start with our Size Chart, then check the fit notes on each product page. Some pieces are relaxed, elastic, oversized, or one-size, so the product description is always the best final guide.

If you are between sizes, email us at info@jozeeboutique.com with the item name or code and your measurements. We will help you choose the best fit.

Can I request a custom or special order? +

If a piece is out of stock or unavailable in your size, we may be able to recreate it as a special order, depending on material and artisan availability.

Because every piece is handmade, we can usually preserve the design direction, but exact colors, embroidery, and small details may vary. That variation is part of what makes each Jozee piece unique.

How long does delivery take? +

For Egypt orders, purchases placed Sunday to Thursday before 3:00 PM Cairo time are usually prepared the same day and delivered within around 48 hours. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are handled the next working day.

For international orders, in-stock items are usually shipped within 4-5 days when international shipping is available. Pieces that need to be recreated may take around 6-7 days, depending on fabric, loom work, or embroidery availability. Friday and Saturday are weekend days in Egypt.

Do you ship worldwide? +

Yes, international shipping is available when supported at checkout. Please note that customs duties, sales taxes, clearance fees, or destination-country charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees shown at checkout.

Exchange & Refund Policy

Each Jozee piece is prepared with care from Cairo. Returns and exchanges are available locally in Egypt only; international orders shipped outside Egypt cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns

Changed your mind or need another size? You may request an exchange, return, or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item meets the conditions below:

The piece is unworn, unused, and in perfect condition.
Original packaging, tags, and labels are still intact.
A receipt or email proof of purchase is provided.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We will review the case and arrange the suitable exchange, return, or refund once the piece is inspected.

Requests made after the applicable 14-day return window or 30-day faulty item window cannot be accepted.

Accessories and jewelry are non-returnable items.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your approved refund has not appeared yet, please check your bank account first, then contact your card company or bank. Refunds can take a little time to be officially posted.

If you have completed these steps and still need support, contact us at info@jozeeboutique.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final.

Exchanges

We replace items only when they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange or return, please reach us through one of the following:

Visit us at 6A Ismail Mohamed Street, Zamalek, Cairo, Egypt 11211.
Call us at +201010410010.
Email us at info@jozeeboutique.com.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.

Shipping Policy

For approved local returns and exchanges, we will help you arrange the most suitable way to get the item back to us in Cairo.

How To Send It Back

Call us on +201010410010.
Email us at info@jozeeboutique.com.
Contact us through our social media channels.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance, especially for delicate handmade pieces.

Delivery timing for exchanged items may vary depending on your location and courier service.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside Egypt are considered international orders and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Jozee. By browsing, shopping, or placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below. They are written to keep the experience clear, fair, and respectful of the handmade nature of our pieces.

Handmade Pieces

Jozee works with Egyptian craft communities and local artisans. Many items are handmade, hand-finished, or made in limited quantities, so small variations in embroidery, texture, color placement, or finishing may occur. These details are part of the character of each piece, not defects.

Product Information

We do our best to present product photos, descriptions, fit notes, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings can affect how colors appear, and availability may change because pieces are limited.

Product measurements and size notes are provided as guidance. Please check the product page and our Size Chart before ordering, especially for relaxed, oversized, elastic, or one-size designs.

Orders & Payment

Once you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and payment details. Orders may be cancelled if payment cannot be verified, information is incomplete, or the item becomes unavailable before fulfillment.

Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds unless stated otherwise. Jozee may update product prices, offers, or availability without prior notice.

Shipping & International Charges

Delivery timing depends on item availability, destination, courier schedules, and whether the piece is ready to ship or needs additional preparation.

For orders shipped outside Egypt, customs duties, sales taxes, clearance fees, and any destination-country charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees shown at checkout. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Exchange & Refund Policy. Local return and exchange requests in Egypt must meet the stated conditions and time frame. International orders shipped outside Egypt cannot be returned or exchanged.

Website Use

Please use this website only for lawful shopping and browsing. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security, copy its content for commercial use, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Intellectual Property

Jozee's name, logo, photography, product styling, copy, graphics, and website content belong to Jozee or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written approval.

Updates To These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on the website applies when you browse or place an order.
