How can I shop Jozee?+
You can shop directly through our website or reach us through our social channels. If you are in Cairo,
you can also visit our boutique at 6A Ismail Mohamed Street, Zamalek.
Many Jozee pieces are handmade in limited quantities. We try to offer each design in different sizes, but
availability can vary because of the craft process and the materials used.
How can I pay?+
You can pay online by card, or choose Cash on Delivery for eligible orders within Egypt. Cash on Delivery
is available for orders up to EGP 2,000.
How do I choose my size?+
Start with our Size Chart, then check the fit notes on each product page.
Some pieces are relaxed, elastic, oversized, or one-size, so the product description is always the best
final guide.
If you are between sizes, email us at
info@jozeeboutique.com with the item name or code and your
measurements. We will help you choose the best fit.
Can I request a custom or special order?+
If a piece is out of stock or unavailable in your size, we may be able to recreate it as a special order,
depending on material and artisan availability.
Because every piece is handmade, we can usually preserve the design direction, but exact colors,
embroidery, and small details may vary. That variation is part of what makes each Jozee piece unique.
How long does delivery take?+
For Egypt orders, purchases placed Sunday to Thursday before 3:00 PM Cairo time are usually prepared the
same day and delivered within around 48 hours. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are handled the next working
day.
For international orders, in-stock items are usually shipped within 4-5 days when international shipping
is available. Pieces that need to be recreated may take around 6-7 days, depending on fabric, loom work,
or embroidery availability. Friday and Saturday are weekend days in Egypt.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes, international shipping is available when supported at checkout. Please note that customs duties,
sales taxes, clearance fees, or destination-country charges are not included in the item price or shipping
fees shown at checkout.

Exchange & Refund Policy
Each Jozee piece is prepared with care from Cairo. Returns and exchanges are available locally in Egypt only;
international orders shipped outside Egypt cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns
Changed your mind or need another size? You may request an exchange, return, or refund within 14 days of
receiving your order, as long as the item meets the conditions below:
The piece is unworn, unused, and in perfect condition.
Original packaging, tags, and labels are still intact.
A receipt or email proof of purchase is provided.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We will review the
case and arrange the suitable exchange, return, or refund once the piece is inspected.
Requests made after the applicable 14-day return window or 30-day faulty item window cannot be accepted.
Accessories and jewelry are non-returnable items.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been
approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on
your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your approved refund has not appeared yet, please check your bank account first, then contact your card
company or bank. Refunds can take a little time to be officially posted.

Exchanges
